What is Migraine

First Phase or Premonitory phase

Second Phase or Aura Phase

Third phase or Headache phase

Any type of physical activity or exposure to light, sound, and smells can increase the pain.

Last Phase or Postdrome Phase

This phase occurs after the headache subsides. People may feel exhausted, confused, or generally unwell during the postdrome phase.

Eat regular meals. Lowering your blood sugar levels can lead to headaches, so be sure it’s stable and if you don’t have enough food to eat. Also, Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, which can lead to a headache.
